1.1 Team Composition

• Number of Players: 11 (8 active + 3 substitutes)
• Substitutes: Only for valid reasons; can field, not bat or bowl
• Age Eligibility: 15–45 years; proof required
• Residency Requirement: Same PIN code; verified via documentation

1.2 Match Format

• Duration: 90 minutes per match
• Team Time: 40 minutes per innings
• Negative Marking: -5 runs per extra minute
• Overs: 10 per innings
• Power Play: First 4 overs; 2 fielders outside 30-yard circle
• Bowling Quota: 5 bowlers minimum; 2 overs max per bowler
• Chase Rule: Tie resolved via Super Over
• Playing Surface: Grass with tennis ball

1.3 Gender Inclusivity

The League is open to all genders with identical rules for all participants.

2. GENERAL CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

2.1 Attendance and Punctuality

• Arrival: 30 minutes before match time
• Delay Consequence: Disqualification and walkover for opponent

2.2 Discipline and Compliance

Strict behavioral standards apply. Violations lead to disqualification.

2.3 Dress Code

Sports attire with non-marking footwear is required; no mandatory uniform.

2.4 Prohibited Items and Activities

• No food/beverages on the field except water
• No electronic devices during matches
• No drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or illegal items
• Violations result in disqualification and possible legal action

2.5 Health and Safety

• Fitness declaration and medical clearance required
• Carry Aadhaar or equivalent ID with photocopy
• Indemnity bond mandatory before first match

2.6 Registration and Fees

• Non-refundable registration fee
• Verification of age, address, and details required

2.7 Spectators

• Parents and siblings allowed if they follow venue rules
• No entry into restricted or playing areas

3. MANAGEMENT AND AUTHORITY

3.1 Liability

League is not liable for accidents or injuries; participation is at individual risk.

3.2 Decision-Making Authority

• Umpire decisions are final
• Management holds ultimate discretion on rules and scheduling
• Disrespect toward officials leads to disqualification

3.3 Rule Amendments

Rules may be amended with notice via official communication.
